Rockrose Ranch at Lake Conroe is located on Calvary Road approximately 4 miles off I-45 and 2 miles from Lake Conroe. The town of Conroe is less than 10 miles away with The Woodlands only 20 miles away so grocery stores, big box retail, top-notch medical care and fine dining are within a short drive. Downtown Houston is less than one hour to enjoy professional sports, museums for folks of all ages and employment options. George Bush International Airport is less than one hour away.

Rockrose Ranch at Lake Conroe is being developed by Inspire Communities to offer an affordable lifestyle community option for both 55+ Active Adults and All Ages living. We know an affordable lifestyle community is important to people of all ages.

Our community will contain more than 700 homes across our Homestead 55+ Active Adult and our Creekside Village All Ages villages. There will be amenities and activities for all our residents to enjoy.

Our Lifestyle Director will be tasked with creating an engaging calendar along with the development of various clubs and activities for our Homestead 55+ Active Adults. Activities and clubs will be developed based on input from our Homestead members. The Lifestyle Director will also plan community events for all Rockrose Ranch at Lake Conroe residents.

The All-Age Creekside Village homes are purchased directly through our trusted dealers. You have the option to purchase a home from Clayton Homes, Oak Creek Homes, or Titian Factory Direct.

Residents living on the All-Age Creekside Village will have access to the resort pool, walking trails, lakes, outdoor seating areas, picnic pavilion, pet park, and playground.

The 55+ Homestead residents will have access to all Rockrose Ranch amenities, including the heated lap pool, the club house, fitness and wellness center, ballroom, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, arts & crafts room, walking trails, lakes, outdoor gathering area, resort style pool, playground, grand event lawn, picnic pavilion, and pet park!
